Weirwood Consulting are intrinsically rooted in doing the right thing, not what will get us more sales.

We are honest with our clients and outcome focused so make sure you get what you are looking for from our engagement.

In the current economic climate, especially small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are struggling to afford the high-cost, traditional consulting services offered by the big four accounting firms. This leaves a void in the market for a more affordable, results-oriented, and customer-centric consultancy approach.

Our vision is to establish a consultancy that is deeply rooted in integrity, transparency, and a genuine commitment to client success. We believe that success is not about pushing sales or building an ego, but about delivering tangible value that helps our clients achieve their business goals.

Our unique value proposition lies in our outcome-driven cost model. We charge by the problem solved or the desired outcome achieved, ensuring that our clients only pay for the value we deliver. This aligns our interests with theirs, creating a partnership built on trust and mutual benefit.

We initially aim to focus on SMBs, recognizing their specific needs for flexible, tailored consulting solutions that fit their budget and timelines. However, we are also ambitious to expand our reach and ultimately compete with the big four in the broader management consultancy market.
