Rob Augustine

Rob Augustine has extensive experience in retail management, with a focus on operations and merchandising across various companies in the grocery sector. From June 2015 to January 2020, Rob served as Store Management at Shop Rite Of Hunterdon County, overseeing the Fresh Departments and working closely with the Store Manager to enhance the shopping experience. Following this role, Rob became Director of Operations at Shop Rite for a brief period in early 2020. Rob's expertise includes working as a Retail Operations Specialist and District Manager at Weis Markets, as well as holding multiple positions at Giant Food, including Deli/Bakery Market Manager, Store Manager, and District Director, where Rob managed operations for 14 high-volume stores. Additionally, Rob contributed significantly to an Oracle project as an Operations Expert, supporting the implementation of a new ordering platform. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business & Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
