Crystal Lux currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Weisiger Group since April 2023. Prior to this role, Crystal Lux had an extensive tenure at Nordstrom, beginning as an HR Generalist in 1998 and progressing through various positions including HR Area Manager, HR Manager, and SE Regional Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included coaching HR offices on employee relations, recruiting, and compensation. Additional roles at Nordstrom included HR Compliance advisor and Diversity Affairs Director for the Southern States.
