Andreas Schrot has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the field of refrigeration and climate technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Defence at weisstechnik since April 2017, Andreas previously held the position of System and Process Engineer. Before this role, Andreas worked at H.H.Schrot GmbH from October 2014 to March 2017 as an Ingenieur Kältesystemtechnik. Earlier experience includes a position as a Dualer-Student in Fachrichtung Kältesystemtechnik at Strang Kälte+Klimatechnik GmbH from September 2011 to September 2014. Andreas completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Kältesystemtechnik from Europäische Studienakademie Kälte-Klima-Lüftung (EsaK) between 2011 and 2014.
