Ann Traphagen

Ann Traphagen is the Director of People and Productivity at Weisser Distributing, Inc., where they focus on enhancing organizational efficiency. Utilizing their Industrial Engineering degree from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, they previously developed safety programs and standard operating procedures at Double D Gravel Inc. Ann has extensive experience in administration and supervision, having served in various leadership roles, including Deputy Athletic Director and Senior Woman Administrator at Augustana University. They also hold a Master of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from St. Cloud State University, further enhancing their expertise in management and leadership.
