Ben Terry

Ben Terry is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and portfolio management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Leasing at Weitzman since September 2022, Ben previously held the role of Vice President and Director of JV Properties. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty Corporation and various positions at Coreland Companies and Red Mountain Retail Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing leasing activities and marketing properties. Ben began a career in commercial real estate as a Senior Associate at Marketing Brokers Commercial Real Estate. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Corporate and Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
