Weldon Simons

Weldon Simons is Chief Operating Officer for Weitzman, one of the largest regional commercial real estate services firms in the United States. Simons is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, with an emphasis on overall performance. He previously was Chief Financial Officer for Weitzman, directing the companies' financing and acquisition strategies. He previously was Senior Vice President - Finance for Weitzman. Prior to joining the firm, Simons was chief financial officer/chief operating officer for Intervest Companies, a Dallas-based real estate acquisition and management company. He had management responsibility for daily business operations, financial, accounting, banking and investor relations.
