Tomas Zajac

Tomas Zajac has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Network Administrator at T-Systems Slovakia s.r.o. Tomas then worked as the Global Lead Incident Manager at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia in 2015. From 2013 to 2016, they were an IT Support Manager at Sensible IT Solutions. In 2016, they joined Aspire Technology Solutions as an Escalation Team Leader, where they implemented and reviewed procedures and focused on process implementation. Tomas then worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Water Plus from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of IT Operations at wejo, starting in September 2021.

Tomas Zajac attended the Grammar School of L. Stockel from 2000 to 2014. Tomas did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. In addition to their formal education, Tomas obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in May 2013, the ITIL v3 - Information Technology Infrastructure Library in IT Service Management Certified from ITIL Managers in February 2013, and the CompTIA Network+ - Network technician Certified from CompTIA in December 2012. Furthermore, they earned the CCDA - Cisco Certified Design Associate from Cisco in June 2012, the MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician from Microsoft in August 2010, and the MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in April 2010. Tomas started their certification journey with the CompTIA A+ - IT Support Technician Certification from CompTIA in December 2009. Recently, in July 2023, they obtained additional certifications including Applied AI for IT Operations (AIOps), Operations Management Foundations, and Putting ITIL® Into Practice: Applying ITIL® 4 Foundation Concepts, all from LinkedIn.
