Edd B. is an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer with over 15 years of experience in leading cybersecurity strategies across government, defence, and commercial sectors. Edd founded Banana Inc., where they developed a national Cyber Research and Innovation Strategy for the UK government and established best practices for information assurance in private clinical practices. In previous roles at Gallagher and Datacom, Edd expanded cybersecurity capabilities, oversaw compliance with international standards, and drove technological innovation. Currently, Edd serves as Chief Information Security Officer at WEL Networks while pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Otago.
