Ken Chen has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent role being Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at WeLab since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Legal at Guotai Junan International from August 2016 to June 2021, and as the Head of Legal at UBS (China) Limited from May 2014 to August 2016. Ken then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law from The University of Manchester from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they attended the College of Law, where they obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) in Law. From 2002 to 2004, Ken Chen studied at the City University of Hong Kong, completing the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) in Law.
