Renee So is currently the Group Chief of People & Culture Officer at WeLab, leading initiatives in talent and leadership strategy, as well as diversity and inclusion within the fintech and digital banking sectors. Prior to this role, Renee served as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing Human Capital Management and heading various diversity programs in Asia. They also held the position of Vice President of Recruiting for Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) from 2000 to 2003 and worked as the Regional HR Director at American Express from 1999 to 2000. Renee is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
