Ted has nearly three decades of experience in the culinary and restaurant industry, with a focus on sales, training, and management. Ted has held various roles in companies such as Bonefish Grill, The Cheesecake Factory, and Hops Restaurant Bar & Brewery. Currently, Ted is the Director of Sales Southeast/Central at Convotherm USA, where Ted also serves as the Corporate Chef, providing education, training, recipe development, and live demonstrations for various Welbilt brands.
