Vincent Ling

Vincent Ling is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the food and hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Application Chef at Welbilt Inc. since August 2018, Vincent specializes in demonstration cooking and participates in major food exhibitions, showcasing modernized cooking equipment. Prior to this position, Vincent held several executive chef and kitchen management roles across multiple establishments including Fabristeel Pte Ltd and Scotch Holding Pte Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and event planning. As a part-time culinary training officer at GNS School, Vincent educated aspiring young chefs, instilling creativity and knowledge in cooking. Vincent's educational background includes diplomas in culinary skills obtained from SHATEC between 2001 and 2003.
