Carrie Nazel has extensive experience in customer service and sales within the telecommunications and packaging industries. At Welch Packaging since December 2014, Carrie has held multiple roles including Customer Service Manager, Estimator, Project Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Carrie worked at T-Mobile and Wireless, Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, where responsibilities included meeting sales goals, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Carrie began a career in sales at Revol Wireless, focusing on surpassing monthly sales targets. Carrie holds a degree in Communication and Public Relations from Cuyahoga Community College and has studied at The University of Akron and Baldwin Wallace University.
