Kyle Bowman is currently the Sales Manager at Welch Packaging, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Kyle served as a General Manager at WestRock Company from 2021 to 2025 and held various roles at International Paper between 2015 and 2018, including Process Improvement Manager. Kyle’s early career includes experience as a Business Unit Leader at TRW and as a Plant Coordinator at Tate & Lyle. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University and an MBA from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
