Bert Cleary

Bert Cleary is currently the Senior Manager of People & Culture and Total Rewards at Welch's, a role they've held since 2007. Previously, Bert served as an HR Manager at Welch's and worked as a Benefits Consultant at OSRAM SYLVANIA from 2000 to 2006. With extensive consulting experience, Bert has also worked at Towers Perrin and AT&T. They earned a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Florida in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1988.
