Steve Kimm

Steve Kimm has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Steve started their career at Kraft Foods Group in 1996, where they held various roles, including Director of Strategy & Sales Planning and Senior Customer Business Manager. Steve then joined The Schwan Food Company in 2015 and served as Sr. Director Sales Planning, Food Service, and later as Vice President Sales. In 2019, they joined Welch's as SVP & Head of Sales and subsequently became Chief Revenue Officer & General Manager. In 2022, they also became a Board Member at L'uva Bella Winery. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer, and General Manager at Welch's.

Steve Kimm earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman, which they attended from 1991 to 1996.
