Lee Cunningham

Lee Cunningham is an experienced professional in the field of commercial developments and quantity surveying. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Developments at Welcome Break since July 2022, Lee has held significant roles such as Commercial Manager at Pulse Design & Build from January 2017 to June 2022 and at Balfour Beatty plc from March 2011 to January 2017. Lee's career began in quantity surveying with Balfour Beatty Construction from February 1999 to 2007, followed by a position as Quantity Surveyor at Interior Solutions until March 2011. Lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, completed in September 2005.
