Bryan Burnick has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Bryan started their career in 2006 as a Retail Sales Representative at Mountain Brook Sporting Goods, where they developed strong communication and customer service skills. Bryan later joined A&A Imports as an Internet Sales Manager, where they introduced the concept of an internet sales division and successfully generated over $10,000 in new business per month.
In 2011, Bryan fulfilled their lifelong dream of serving as an elite paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces, where they received extensive training and actively participated in two tours of duty. Bryan gained leadership experience and learned the value of leading through actions and words.
After their military service, Bryan joined Life Time Fitness as a Member Engagement Advisor, focusing on member acquisition and retention. Bryan achieved recognition as a top producer on their team and honed their sales and customer relationship skills.
Bryan then transitioned to Paychex as an HR/PEO/Benefits Consultant, where they worked closely with business owners to identify and implement solutions to achieve their business goals. Bryan empowered small and medium-sized business owners to develop efficient and reliable workforces, consequently driving revenue and maximizing profit.
In 2014, Bryan joined Cintas as a Sales Representative, contributing to the company's sales efforts. Bryan then worked with The Wounded Blue as the Director of the CODE-4 program, designing and implementing a comprehensive support program for emergency responders.
Currently, Bryan holds the position of Managing Partner at healthPERX, the nation's leader in providing innovative non-insurance benefits. Bryan oversees the company's comprehensive suite of "Perx" and leverages their purchasing power to deliver best-in-class benefits with industry-leading utilization and engagement. Additionally, Bryan is the Manager of Enterprise Growth at Welcome Tech, where they drive ROI and talent acquisition through Welcome Tech's flagship employee benefit solution, Welcome+.
