Raul Lomeli

Raul Lomeli-Azoubel is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Community Officer at Welcome Tech, Inc., a mobile tech platform dedicated to assisting immigrant communities. Currently focused on the U.S. Hispanic community through the SABEResPODER® platform, Raul previously held roles including Vice President of Diverse Growth Segments at Wells Fargo and President of the Latino Education Achievement Project. An avid writer and speaker, Raul has co-authored a book on financial aid and published numerous articles, advocating for education and financial literacy. Raul has served on several national non-profit boards and received multiple awards for his contributions to civil rights and community development. Raul, the proud son of migrant farm workers, resides in San Antonio, Texas, with their family.
