Welcome to Excellence is the brand name for our customer service courses. Managed by Tourism South East and using franchise partners, and experienced trainers, our high impact courses are available nationally and cover a range of essential customer service skills. 

Topics include internal and external communication, anticipating customer needs (including cultural and accessibility needs), resolving challenging situations, building successful teams and winning sales.

The courses are all employer-led and have kept pace with changing customer and business needs through regular updating.

Welcome to Excellence courses started in the hospitality and tourism sectors and we continue to be experts in this field. Many of the skills are transferable and we now have a number of clients from service sector businesses in other industries who have come to us for bespoke training.
