Samual Penn

Samual Penn is the Deputy Director of Information Technology at Weld County, where they oversee the Client Services business unit and the IT Project Management Office. Previously, Samual served as an IT Manager for the City of Evans and held multiple roles at the University of Northern Colorado, including Technology Enhanced Learning Spaces Manager and Technical Support Center Manager. Samual has also been an elected volunteer on the Board of Directors for Windsor Charter Academy, serving as both President and Vice President. They hold a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Northern Colorado.
