Aiming at the intelligent manufacturing industry of special vehicles, Chuangxiang has developed a matching detection mode and algorithm for special vehicle production, which can accurately identify and calculate the welding seam position and guide the robot to weld. Detect and correct the errors caused by manual blanking, team formation and assembly in the early stage. At the same time, Chuangxiang’s Seam Tracking System can meet the flexible design of welding for a set of equipment corresponding to a variety of workpieces, saving the hardware cost of using a set of tooling for one workpiece in traditional welding. Chuangxiang automatic detection technology and modular programming technology have served dozens of special-purpose vehicle manufacturers across the country, and the scope of application involves box-type dump trucks, tank dump trucks, special-purpose vehicle fuel tanks, axles, etc., with rich experience, complete systems, and timely response Customer needs are synonymous with us.
