Steve Swain

Steve Swain is an experienced executive serving as the President and Founder of Harebrain Incorporated since 2003, and currently holds multiple presidential roles at North Metro Saw Inc, Westling USA, Tab and Slot LLC, and SHULT Automatics. They previously served as the Director of Business Development at Omnitool Incorporated and the Sales Performance and Development Leader at Deluxe Corporation, where they made significant contributions to sales and training processes. Steve earned a BS in Industrial Leadership with a focus on Accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1988. Additionally, they are involved with the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association as a board member.
