Tim Mellott

Tim Mellott has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, beginning as a Mechanical Drafter at Burgess Manning \ Nitram Energy from 1988 to 1994. Following that, Tim held multiple roles at Mollenberg-Betz, Inc. from 1994 to 2000, including Estimator, IT Manager, and Mechanical Drafter. Tim continued to grow professionally as an Estimator at Trinity Contractors from 2000 to 2002 and later transitioned to Weldon Contractors in October 2003, where Tim currently serves as a Senior Estimator and IT Manager. Notably, Tim played a significant role as BIM Manager/Coordinator from 2018 to 2019 and assisted the Project Manager and Project Administrator for the DFW Airport Project from 2012 to 2013.
