John Hogie

John Hogie has a diverse work experience in various roles. John is currently working as the Chief Privacy Officer at Scalable Care since May 2019. John also holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at My Uncle Satoshi since July 2022. Previously, they worked at Well Advised as the Chief Privacy Officer from March 2020.

John has also worked as the Founder - Senior Consultant at ShiftLeft, Inc. from February 2010, and as the Founder at HandHealth Solutions from February 2011. John served as the Chief Technology Officer at ShoppeSimple Network from February 2010 to April 2012.

Before that, John worked as a Consulting Architect at Pearl River Regional Hospital System from July 2008 to March 2010. John also worked at Barclays as a Solutions Architect / Project Manager from November 2006 to March 2008.

Prior to that, John held multiple roles at Firepond, including VP Brightware, responsible for turn-around of an unprofitable unit, and Director: Account Management, responsible for customer satisfaction and account profitability.

John's career began as the COO at Signature Software in 1994, where they worked until 2000.

John Hogie attended the University of Minnesota from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. John further pursued their education at the same university from 1986 to 1988, obtaining a Masters degree in Economics.
