✔ Get a 12-month guarantee (yes, you read that right)

The result?

A reliable employee who DELIVERS results on-par with your onshore team at a fraction of the cost.

Why us?

We know your pain: before launching Well Oiled Machine our founder ran a Recruitment Firm himself. 18 of our 40 FTEs were offshore, annual turnover was <15%, and EBITDA was a juicy $1.4M on just $4.2M in Gross Margin (Placement $).
