I’m Fiona Boughton, Principal Therapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker at Well Therapy, a mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for adults. Based in Petersham, NSW, and available online via Telehealth, I offer a safe, supportive space for clients to explore challenges, heal from past experiences, and build resilience.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Narrative Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). By tailoring these evidence-based modalities to each individual’s unique needs, I aim to foster healing, growth, and lasting well-being.

I support clients with a range of concerns, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, chronic stress, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. Whether addressing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely heard and supported.

Referrals are welcome through Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans, Chronic Disease Management Plans, NDIS, DVA, and private channels, ensuring accessibility for diverse client needs.
