Austin Coss

Austin Coss has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Server at Longhorn Steakhouse in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Store Promotions Coordinator and Crew Member at Chipotle Mexican Grill. From 2015 to 2016, Austin served as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at Ames Community Arts Council. In 2016, they joined American Enterprise Group, Inc. where they started as a Senior Account Specialist, responsible for determining the correct Medicare plans for telephonic leads and cross-selling additional insurance products. In 2018, they became a Sales Trainer at the same company, and later in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Sales Supervisor. Austin's work at American Enterprise Group involved lead generation, outbound prospecting, and educating clients on complex Medicare information and insurance options.
