Eric Nemmers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eric began their career as a Fellow at Iowa Healthcare Collaborative in 2006. Later, in the same year, they joined Iowa Medical Society as a Legislative Counsel. In 2010, they worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Des Moines University until 2014. In 2011, they joined American Enterprise Group, Inc. and worked in various roles, starting as Counsel until 2015. Eric then served as an Assistant General Counsel from 2016 to 2018, and currently holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel since October 2018.
Eric Nemmers has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. Eric also holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Iowa College of Public Health. Eric further received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Iowa. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in December 2017.
