Karen Baker

Karen Baker has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Karen most recently worked at American Enterprise Group, Inc. as the AVP Technology and Innovation Solutions, starting in January 2022 and their tenure is ongoing. Prior to this, they held the position of Application Director at the same company from July 2020 to January 2022, and before that, they worked as an Application Manager from September 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining American Enterprise Group, Inc., Karen worked at GuideOne Insurance from July 2013 to September 2019 as a Quality Assurance Manager. Karen also had a brief stint at Sogeti as a Senior Consultant- QA Delivery Manager with GuideOne from November 2012 to July 2013.

Karen's career also includes positions at John Deere Financial, where they served as a QA Test Lead via Anteo Group from August 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they worked at IFMC as an Eng. III/Lead QA Analyst from June 2010 to July 2011 and as a QA Eng II from November 2009 to July 2011. Karen also held a QA Eng II position at Iowa Foundation for Medical Care from November 2009 to June 2010.

Karen's earlier work experience includes a long tenure at CDS Global as a QA Analyst from 1999 to 2008, and they also worked at MetLife as an Analyst from 1997 to 1999.

From 1993 to 1995, Karen Baker attended Grand View University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Behavior.
