Kelsey Lema has worked in various roles in the customer success and marketing/communications fields since 2013. Kelsey began their career as a Communications Specialist Intern at Atlas Travel - Global Travel Management in 2013. Kelsey then held an internship as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Atlas Travel & Technology Group, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they were the Assistant Event Coordinator for Transition Keene Advocates (Monadnock Buy Local & Monadnock Time Exchange) and the Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Atlas Travel & Technology Group, Inc. From 2017 to the present, Kelsey has held various roles at Wellable, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Director of Customer Success, and VP of Customer Success.

Kelsey Lema graduated from Keene State College in 2015 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General. Prior to that, they attended Chelmsford High School.
