Mike Mapes

Mike Mapes has a strong background in the insurance industry and information technology. Mike began their career in 1990 at TIG Insurance Group, where they held a role in finance systems until 1993. Mike then transitioned to Topa Insurance Company, where they served as an IT Manager from 1993 to 1998. Mike joined Swiss Re in 1998 as an IT Manager and stayed there until 2001. In 2001, they joined Welland, where they initially worked as a CTO and later became the CEO in December 2018.

Mike Mapes has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
