Charles Easter

Charles Easter, ASP, currently serves as the Global QHSE Director and NAM QHSE Manager at Wellbore Integrity Solutions, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Charles was Vice President of HSE, Facilities, and Fleet at W-Industries from February 2020 to April 2023, where significant achievements included a 50% reduction in TRIR, LTIR, and DART rates and the implementation of effective incident management processes. Charles's career at Weatherford spanned from November 2003 to August 2019, during which various roles included Fleet Safety and DOT Compliance Manager, where fleet safety initiatives led to improved compliance and reduced accidents, and Area QHSSE Manager, responsible for executing corporate QHSE systems across regions. Early experience includes service as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy from 1996 to 2001, with notable deployments and awards. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
