Divya Thota

Divya Thota is currently the Global Head of Legal & Compliance at WELLBRED, a position held since 2023. They previously served as Group Legal and Compliance Counsel at Cockett Group from 2019 to 2023 and held a range of legal roles, including Legal Counsel at GP Global Group and Assistant General Manager at the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Divya began their legal career as a trainee at NAANDI Foundation and interned at several esteemed organizations, including AZB & Partners and Ropes & Gray LLP. They earned a B.B.A, LL.B (Hons) from National Law University, India, from 2002 to 2007.
