Kate Williams has extensive experience in social media management and fitness instruction, currently serving as the National Social Manager, Social Media Manager, and Indoor Cycling Instructor at Wellbridge since 2012. From March 2017 to October 2021, Kate was a Ride Leader at Vail Resorts and also worked as an Indoor Cycling Instructor at the University of Denver from February 2020 to May 2021. Additionally, Kate was the Social Media and Team Manager for the Colorado Women's Cycling Project from September 2015 to October 2018. Kate holds both a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Health Fitness and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Bridgewater State University.
