Hanevik Halvor

Hanevik Halvor is the Chief Executive Officer of WellConnection Group, and chairs WellConnection Norway, WellConnection Wepco, and WellConnection Machining. They bring 20+ years of experience across energy, aquaculture, and infrastructure, with a proven track record in leadership, strategy, transformation, and operational excellence, and a hands-on background in engineering. They served as Interim Managing Director of WellConnection Norway, Mongstad, for three months in 2024, and have held leadership roles at Moreld (including VP Aqua & Renewables and VP Strategic Growth) as well as Regional Director Bergen. Earlier in their career they were Project Manager for Statoil (2008–2010) and Odfjell Drilling (2011–2015), Head of Department Project Administration at COWI (2010–2011), and an Electrician with Petterson & Gjellesvik (1997–2006); they are a Board Member of Os Marina.
