Ezio Pignata

Ezio Pignata serves as the Head of Business Development at WellD, a tech-focused software house specializing in the development of user-friendly web and mobile applications, since October 2023. Additionally, since November 2023, Ezio Pignata has been a Senior Advisor at Auraïa Capital Advisory, which focuses on mergers, acquisitions, capital restructuring, and fundraising. Previously, Ezio Pignata held the position of Chief Development Officer at BP Family Office SA from February 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included building a family office from the ground up and managing a diverse portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Advisor at Axel Johnson International AB, where efforts were concentrated on M&A and international business development, and as CEO of Certex, where significant operational turnaround and business re-engineering were achieved. Ezio Pignata also contributed as Joint Managing Director at Total, leading a market entry strategy for a new division in Italy from March 1994 to March 1999.
