John Ferrell

John Ferrell has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with experience in various roles. John co-founded and served as CEO of WellDatabase, where they played a key role in defining the company's technical direction and was responsible for marketing, investments, partnerships, mobile technologies, interface design, and back end systems. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Information Systems at NuTech Energy Alliance, where they oversaw all day-to-day IT operations and held decision-making authority for IT planning and budgeting. John also worked as a Senior Developer at Datanet Development Group, where they managed projects and mentored junior developers, and as a web developer at Equiva Services, where they developed a web-based reporting tool. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Team Leader at Telenetwork, where they supervised a team and developed and maintained a call tracking system.

John Ferrell attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2001, studying Computer Science.
