Rashedul Islam (Shawon) has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Rashedul currently works as a Tech Lead Engineer at WellDev, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at ImpleVista from December 2020 to November 2022. Rashedul also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Tech Intelligence Limited from January 2020 to December 2020. Rashedul has experience in project management and development, as they served as a Project Manager and Head of Development Team at Chandrim Soft Ltd. from January 2019 to January 2020.

Before that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Vonome Software & Systems from January 2014 to January 2019.
