Tina Randrup

Tina Randrup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and market development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO as well as Co-Founder and CCO at Welldium since July 2020, Tina has a proven track record in managing partner development at GetYourGuide and leading business innovation efforts at LEGO Group from 2015 to 2019. At LEGO Group, responsibilities included converting consumer needs into innovations, business case development, and team leadership as a SCRUM Master. Earlier experience includes a role in Passenger Experience Design at Lufthansa, focusing on customer experience enhancements. Tina holds a Master's Degree in Marketing from Aarhus University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Management from Aarhus University, complemented by studies at Stanford University.
