James Walker

James Walker is Chief Operating Officer of WellDog. Walker joined WellDog in 2013, bringing more than twenty-five years of successful management experience in the oilfield service sector. Walker is responsible for establishing and commercializing a range of exciting technologies for the Characterization and Production of Unconventional Reservoirs. He oversees the ongoing business operations within WellDog. He is a native of Bristol, England. He received a Joint B.S. in Geology and Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a MBA from The Robert Gordon University. Before joining WellDog, James Walker served as Chief Operating Officer of Quantapoint, Vice President, North America Pietro Fiorentini spa, and Vice President, Product Line – Intelligent Production Systems Baker Hughes Inc. Walker has a unique blend of operational, technical and marketing background, which provides strong capabilities and practical experiences combined with exceptional insight and business acumen.
