Erik Gray

Erik Gray serves as the Head of Enrollment Experience at Wellfleet, where responsibilities include acting as the product owner and subject matter expert for enrollment and data technology. With extensive experience in enrollment strategy and technology solutions from their previous role at Unum, Erik has a proven track record in enhancing client experiences and implementing innovative solutions. As a Co-Owner of Chattanooga Football Club, Erik contributes to developing a sustainable soccer model, promoting fan ownership. Erik holds a B.S. in Sports Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Education from Xavier University, alongside leadership training from Leadership Chattanooga.
