Björn Rochel

Björn Rochel has an extensive background in software engineering and management. Currently, at Wellfound, Björn serves as the Senior Engineering Manager for both the Product Engineering and Infrastructure teams. Prior to that, Björn held roles at New Work SE and XING, where Björn led architecture and engineering teams. Björn also has experience as a Lead Developer and Senior Consultant. Björn holds a Diploma in Business Informatics from Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel.
