Andy Waldrop has a strong background in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Wellframe since May 2022, Andy has held various roles in the field over the years. Notably, they were the Head of Product Design at Renoviso from January 2017 to December 2019, where they transformed the consumer experience for home renovation. Andy also served as the Lead UX Designer/Manager at Carbonite from October 2015 to January 2017, where they oversaw a design team and redefined the process between UX, product, and engineering teams. Prior to that, Andy worked as a UX Designer at edX, Acting Art Director/Web Designer at TripAdvisor, UX Designer/Senior Digital Artist at The Martin Agency, Senior Interactive Designer (Freelance) at Staples Business Advantage, and Lead Interactive Designer & Information Architect at mediumbold. Andy began their career as a Jr Art Director at Mullen and as an Interactive Designer at SSgA.

Andy Waldrop attended Skidmore College from 1994 to 1996, where they studied art. Andy later pursued a BFA in Fine Art - Graphic Design from Colorado State University from 2002 to 2005.
