Michael Wilson has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Michael started their career at Creative Impact Solutions as a Web Developer, where they converted designs into HTML templates and used them to create websites. Michael also wrote custom PHP code to enhance website features and resolve issues with the content management system.

After that, Michael worked at Luke & Associates as a Software Developer, where they provided continuous support, fixed bugs, and developed an applicant tracking system using PHP and MySQL, which was integrated with existing C# .NET and Microsoft SQL applications.

Michael then joined NetBoss Technologies Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they integrated network fault and performance management products, coded in Java, and contributed to the design and implementation of new dashboard interfaces for managing fiber to the home networks.

Later, Michael became a Senior Software Engineer at GE Transportation, where they played a key role in migrating several core components of a system from an old monolithic architecture to a new message-driven, micro-service architecture. Michael also served as a technical lead and scrum master, coaching the team on scrum and software engineering best practices.

Subsequently, they worked as a Software Engineer at Thales, refining requirements and developing ETL-driven reporting for the company's In-Flight entertainment system. Michael built the system using Big Data technologies, particularly Apache Spark with Scala.

Michael then joined Liberty IT Solutions as a Senior Developer and System Architect for WellHive, where they contributed to driving the technical vision and strategy of engineering efforts. Michael also played a key role in obtaining and maintaining WellHive's FedRAMP Authorization.

Currently, Michael works for WellHive as the Chief Architect. Michael is responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy of engineering efforts and ensuring technology aligns with overall business goals.

Michael Wilson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Development from the University of Central Florida from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an AS degree in Computer Programming from Eastern Florida State College from 2009 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CCSK v4 certification from the Cloud Security Alliance in October 2020. Furthermore, they acquired the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2022, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification in June 2021.
