Michael Madden has extensive experience in client operations and business analysis, currently serving as a Global Client Operations Specialist at Gympass since January 2019. Additionally, Michael held positions as a Business Operations Analyst and BDR/BDA Intern at the same company. Prior to Gympass, Michael worked as an Overnight Service Representative at 24 Hour Fitness from October 2017 to May 2019. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Human Performance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and attended Baylor University from 2011 to 2013.
