David co-founded cut-e, leading it to become a leader in online assessment services before its acquisition by AON. Earlier experiences at SHL Group and Enterprise Ireland further developed David's expertise in international projects, sales, and change management. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
