David Barrett

David Barrett is the Chief Executive Officer at Welliba since September 2023, focusing on enhancing productivity, engagement, and employee experience within organizations. As an Investor & Commercialisation contributor for The Airline Pilot Club since August 2021, David supports the accessibility of aviation careers for a diverse community. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Commercial Officer at AON Assessment Solutions & AON Human Capital Solutions EMEA, and Chief Commercial Officer at AON Assessment Solutions, successfully integrating digital solutions and revenue streams for talent management. David co-founded cut-e, leading it to become a leader in online assessment services before its acquisition by AON. Earlier experiences at SHL Group and Enterprise Ireland further developed David's expertise in international projects, sales, and change management. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
