Ivan Cima

Ivan Cima has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Ivan started their career in 2004 as a Brokerage Trader at NFP Securities. Ivan then worked as an Analyst in Private Equity at Slavia Capital in 2005. In 2006, they joined Wood Mackenzie as a Research Analyst, focusing on Upstream Oil and Gas in the Lower 48 Region. Ivan briefly returned to Slavia Capital in 2008 as an Associate in Private Equity before joining Erste Group Bank AG - Erste Corporate Finance in 2009 as an Associate in Investment Banking. In 2011, they transitioned to Wood Mackenzie again, this time as the Director and Head of Latin America Oil and Gas Research. From 2016 to 2018, Ivan held the role of Vice President and Global Head of Research Operations at Wood Mackenzie. Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Welligence Energy Analytics.

Ivan Cima completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University from 2000 to 2003. Ivan later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which they completed from 2005 to 2006.
