Z. Tesemma

Z. Tesemma currently serves as the Head of North America Onshore Data at Welligence Energy Analytics, following a significant tenure at Millennium, where responsibilities included sourcing traditional and alternative data assets and overseeing data acquisition lifecycle for an energy investment platform. With experience in senior data roles at Hilcorp and Wood Mackenzie, Z. Tesemma has led the design and governance of enterprise data solutions, ensuring data quality and integrity across oil & gas operations. Earlier career highlights include program analysis at the D.C. Department of Employment Services and an analytical role at SAB Inc. Z. Tesemma holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Information Management from the University of Maryland and has completed specialization courses in Data Science from Johns Hopkins University.
